2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By engaging with us, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
• Use our deliverables for lawful business purposes only.
• Obtain any necessary approvals or clearances (e.g., for recruitment decisions, content publication, or regulatory compliance).
• Acknowledge that AI-generated content must be fact-checked and reviewed by you before publication; Aurelix is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or misuse.

4. Payments and Fees

• Fees for our services will be communicated via proposals, agreements, or invoices.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
• All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content, reports, or deliverables created by Aurelix under a paid engagement shall become the property of the Client upon full payment.
• AI-generated results are provided as-is; Aurelix does not guarantee originality or exemption from third-party intellectual property claims.
• Our processes, tools, and proprietary know-how remain the intellectual property of Aurelix.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We provide services on a best-effort basis. However, outcomes such as ranking improvements, recruitment results, or content performance are influenced by several external factors and cannot be guaranteed.
• Aurelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including revenue loss, reputational damage, or business interruption).
• Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to contractual terms.
• Upon termination, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Provisions relating to payment obligations, liability, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Some deliverables may rely on third-party software, platforms, or APIs (e.g., SEO tools, AI models). Aurelix makes no warranties for third-party services and is not responsible for service disruptions beyond its control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.
• AI-generated content may produce errors, inaccuracies, or biased outputs. Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and validating content before relying on it.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Aurelix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
